Hello! My name is Shanaz. I am an OCN Pediatric Sleep Consultant. I completed a comprehensive Training Program by The Sleep Consultant Academy, which took me through a variety of skill-based scenarios. The program allowed me to gain an abundance of knowledge to help families tackle sleep issues. So a little bit about myself: I'm a dental nurse by profession and a first-time mom to a beautiful baby boy. My journey to becoming a Sleep Consultant began when I experienced sleepless nights, day in and day out. My passion to regain sleep became my number one motivator, and now I want to help families establish a routine in their lives. Having a new little person in your life can be tough, and without sleep, it can be even harder. I've been where you are.

I am the founder of Mummy Sleep Coach based in London, England, and specialise in providing sleep consultancy services to families struggling with sleep issues.
